Incorrect beneficiary information
Force majeure events (natural disasters, political disruptions, etc.)

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount of fees paid for the affected transaction.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds of the principal amount and transfer fees may be requested if:

Payment to the recipient has not been completed, or
The transaction fails due to system or compliance reasons

Refunds are processed within 45 days of receiving a valid written request. Fees for completed transfers are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the website and app are owned by MTMS or its licensors.
